Eligibility Guidelines

All degree seeking undergraduate students taking 12 or more credit hours and all international students taking 1 or more credit hours will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan. Eligible dependents of those enrolled in the plan may participate in the plan on a voluntary basis.
